Q: How old are your lists and where do you get all the emails from?
A: We have over 500 plus (and growing) websites on the internet which collect Opt-In emails via newsletters, subscription sign ups & surveys. All our lists are complied and put together from the previous week which makes them the freshest and most up to date on the internet.
Q: Can I send out any offer or product to the email list?
A: Yes! All our Opt-Ins have agreed to be contacted by 3rd parties with different offers & products. To comply with the CAN-SPAM act, all you need to do is offer the recipient the option to unsubscribe. If we are sending the emails out for you we will take care of everything and email you a detailed report of the people who unsubscribed, opened, clicked through etc.
Q: What countries are the lists from?
A: We have email lists in every country from people who have opted in to be sent all kinds of different offers/products.
Q: Are the lists an instant download? How long does it take to be sent my fresh email list once my payment is approved?
A: No we don't offer instant downloads because we pride ourselves on only providing quality fresh email lists which we need to keep updated. It usually takes around 24 hours or less on weekdays because we make sure that you are getting the freshest lists available. Therefore sometimes we will need to update the lists before we send them to you. Please note that orders placed on the weekends might take between 24-48 hours for delivery as we are not fully staffed on those days.
Q: Can I pick which category I want my list from?
A: Yes! On the payment page fill out the text box titled "Email List Required/Comments".
Q: Can you send the emails out for me?
A: Yes! We can send the emails out from our dedicated high speed servers. We will then give you a detailed report of whom as opened & unsubscribed. Plus all the direct replies will go to the email address that, you give us when setting up your campaign. Please contact us for a price for sending out the emails on your behalf.
Q: Do you offer refunds?
A: we have a no refund policy as stated in our refund policy page, please read carefully before to place your order.
