Your pack shipment

All lists are delivered via a Download link from our website.  Occasionally, if the list packages are less than 10 mb then we can also send it via Email as an attachment.

We can also send you the Lists on a CD/DVD via Normal Post (US$ 10 Extra) or via FedEX/DHL/UPS (US$ 50 Extra).

Download LINK remain active for within 72 hours.  We suggest that you keep a copy of the Downloaded file in a CD or Flash Drive.  Still if you loose the file then just let us know and we will reactivate the account so you can Download the file again.

Your pack Returns

We have a NO REFUND policy. All Sales Are Final.

If a customer purchases access to an email list, we do not offer a cash refund or an exchange. Unlike physical goods, electronically distributed information and knowledge can be easily duplicated and impossible to return. Accordingly, it is our policy that once we have provided you with access to this information, the sale is final, and you may not return the information for a refund or credit.

To use this service, you must agree to our sales policy as noted above.

REFUND MONEY only posible if you don't geted the product with this delivery options:

1. You BUY the product with FREE SHIPING by downloadable LINK time for it is 72 hours ( 3 business day after the PAYMENT ACCEPTED).

2. If you BUY the product with UPS/DHL SHIPING time for shiping 7 business days (after the PAYMENT ACCEPTED).

3. If you BUY the product with standrad POST SHIPING time for shiping 30  business days (after the PAYMENT ACCEPTED).

If you don't get the product within this SHIPING days what you BUYING the product ,the money will be REFUND within 72 hours (3 business day after the PAYMENT ACCEPTED)
